i know minnesota and dartmouth do. i'm not sure but think george washington may also. i'm also interested to know how strict these rules are since my schedule won't let me take it until the spring.

it sucks not being able to go somewhere for something this meaningless.

I think most places probably want to see your Step 2 score. However, I forgot to submit mine after I got my score back. I'm not sure if the programs had access to my score anyway or not. It's quite possible that I matched without programs knowing my Step 2 score.
