my medical school curriculum is organ system based,i am thinking of doing lot of questions after each system, so which Qbank (usmlerx, usmle world or kaplan qbank) is more appropriate and effective for me?
thanks

You don't really need to bump a post after 6 hours, you know. 🙄

Anyway, I liked USMLERx. It's the second-best source (after UW, which you should save for Step studying) and ties in nicely with First Aid. Every question bank has questions that you can organize both by system and by subject, if I'm not mistaken. Also, don't use a question bank during first year. It's a huge waste of time.

already in med school.i still in m1,approaching system based module soon
wat u guy usually do after finishing each module?Qbook,Qbank or just revise through 1st aid

I never reviewed, I just followed Step 1 materials along with the class. During first year, you should do basically anything other than review what you've learned. Crack a beer, watch TV, play video games, etc.

Truly? I think about the amount of material that's gone in one ear and out the other, and I'm thinking that doing some very casual - and I mean very casual - review of first stuff over the summer might be helpful. Do you disagree?

Of course I wouldn't memorize or remember everything, but even if I retain some of that information I imagine it'll help when boards studying time does come around.

Yeah, it's not something I'd recommend. First year just isn't high-yield enough to do that sort of thing with. If you're determined to review, a read through the phys BRS wouldn't hurt, but you should still have more than enough time to bone up on M1 stuff during your dedicated Step 1 study.

i thinking of finish kaplan biochem and behavioral science during 1st year.
the clinical correlates in biochem will appeared in pathology or physiology?
