Which questions are apropriate for PDs and which should I ask residents?

I have a general list of questions but I'm not sure which one's are appropriate for PDs.

How has your program adjusted to the new work hour regulations?
What procures are taught?
How many deliveries/c-sections do most residents have by completion of R3?
Where to most residents end up (rural, suburban, inner city, ect...)?
Does your program offer a mentor program?

This is just a few of them, but if anyone could give me any insight as to which questions to ask who, it would be greatly appreciated. I would like anyone with any good questions to post them as well please.

Feel free to ask all of your questions to everyone. It's good to hear the different perspectives (if any) between the residents and attendings / PD. I do several interviews a week right now and I've answered all of those questions.
