For those have completed or currently in a residency/fellowship program, how did you decide on your program? Unlike deciding on "which PT school to go to", there is not a lot of information to help someone compare and contrast different types of residency/fellowships. Besides the obvious such as pay, online vs in person, mentor, location, etc., when it comes to the methodology or "approach" to teaching, how does one compare something like a ola grimsby approach vs NAIOMT vs evidence in motion vs Kaiser permanente?
