Does anyone know of any website that has reviews of their program? I don't want to waste my time applying and getting into a school that is horrible. What I mean is faculty sucks, student pass rate is below average, and poor curriculum.

Reviews are always subjective. I would focus most on the pass rates, then pick schools based on cost, location, etc. When you narrow down your choices based on those things, visit schools and talk to students about their experiences.
