She's Canadian, with a possible 25 MCAT and lower GPA. I don't want to be a dick, but those wouldn't get an in-state US citizen into the schools you mentioned. I'd suggest really bumping your MCAT and some extra undergrad or Master's years if that's what you'd like to do.
Otherwise, I'm a Canadian as well down here at St. George's. I'm currently reapplying to the US (3.9/31P), but it's been a great school for the first couple of weeks of my MD/MPH program. From what I gather, there are tons of different tracks to get into the MD program, for people with all sorts of combinations of GPAs and MCATs. If St. George's interests you you should email the (associate?) Dean of Enrollment Bob Ryan ([email protected]) and ask him what he thinks (better than asking a bunch of rando pre-meds that don't know anymore than you). He's a super nice guy and very accommodating, he'll bend over backwards to set you up. I hope that helps.
