This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
don't forget morehouse in the ATL........ and then there's Drew in LA it's a URM school but I wouldn't call it a HBCU. But those are the only ones besides HU and Meharry

what does hbc stand for?

So many shortcuts for words... (SMSFW) 😉

thanks for the responses... lemme rephrase my question... medical schools that have a good chunk of minorities. thanks!

UIC

Although only about 10% of their incomming glass is out of state, almost all are URM (so I have heard).

I'm sending my question as a PM.....

you need to rephrase again, or do you mean ALL minorities? or just underrepresented minorities?

well, i was just thinking i wanted to go to a school that's diverse... not just <5% minorities. It doesn't matter if its URM. My undergrad school is almost 20% minority and i love the diversity. Thanks!

2003-2004 info

In-state: 254
out-of-state: 59
total: 313
~19% are out of state...pretty good odds!

Huge class size too! Very pricey school for a public institution....

Older stats (2001-2 MSAR) list 0 to a few out-of-states students. I just want to make sure your info is accurate. Would you mind citing your source?
