Which schools are lecture-based, non-PBL, fact-centric and teach in ampitheater?

I'm so sick of reading about integrated curriculums, case-centered learning and imagining technology. Any schools still use microscopes? Or have an old fashioned curriculum where you sit in an auditorium and put up with bad acoustics? Patient contact only in 4th year or anything like that?
