which schools automatically send secondary applications?

Does anyone know where or how I can find out which schools automatically send out secondaries to all the students that applied? This is the first time i'm applying to dental school. I thought that the request to fill out a secondary is a big deal but from what i'm hearing it's not such a big deal. I hate the fact that i'm stressing out and spending so much time over the secondary essays and maybe the schools already know that I have no chance! ugh.
