Which schools have more then 1 application?

Do all schools have secondary applications, or do most have just the application from aadsas. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't UIC just have the one primary application form aadsas? Thanks.

UPenn and UNC have LONG secondary applications (essays required)...but the other schools I applied to didn't...So most schools DO not have secondary applications...
