Which Schools Offer Financial Aid?

Of these five pharmacy schools in CA: UCSF, USC, U PACIFIC, UCSD, Western U, which tend to be the cheapest? SF and SD are public, and the tuition is much cheaper right of the bat, but do the other 3 give some financial aid, or is it always completely in loans? Which schools offer the most scholarship opportunities?
(I know I can do the math, but I'm asking if the more expensive schools tend to offer incentives, therefore decreasing their cost to some students)
