Which schools require Step 2 before ranking

Hello,

Does anyone know which schools require a passing Step 2 score before ranking applicants for residency programs? I have heard that the list includes UCSF (new this year), UAB, Oklahoma, and possibly some Texas schools. The only school that seems to state this on their website is UCSF.

Please reply if you know of any schools with this policy.
