Which schools take forever with the process??

Anyone know which schools typically take a long time to send out interview invites and which get the process over with quite quickly? Just curious b/c it seems there is a hand full of schools you have yet to send out invites and it's September.

Hmmmmmmm great way to contribute to the thread. Instead of boosting your ego by putting down us predents why don't you go study or something. Anyone else have a response relevant to the thread?

There are a bunch of schools that have not sent out any invitations. In addition, it seems that some schools have only sent out a handful of invites maybe to the top of the top or state residents. It is still early in the cycle.

Also, they might not have gotten to you application. Committees only meet a few times a month. If you were not in the first couple mailings, they might not have reviewed you yet.

I'm not worried about my situation. Just curious in general....I have heard Temple and BU (as stated above) usually get a late start.

Would you have preferred a 3 page document on how it is early in the cycle and it is asinine for you or any other predent to work themselves into a frenzy at this point because it is so early? Pretty sure I only put you down...for asking a stupid, redundant question that is the topic of dozens of posts already. Furthermore, my response was relevant to the thread, it just wasn't as specific as you would have liked.

i think everyone should take a happy pill and relax. I thought these forums were supposed to be happy and informational. Im sure my ego will go through the roof if I get an acceptance. It's always SOOO easy to look back and say calm down to the people all nervous about getting into schools.
