Which schools value highly the GPA of your last two years?

I remember reading somewhere that some school only considers your GPA of the last two years. Does anyone know the names of these schools?

Also, does having too many P/NP on your transcript make you look bad? I just looked at my transcript and almost half of the courses are P/NP (mostly labs). I'm considering to be a physics workshop leader next term (for which I will be rewarded with another P). Is it a good idea to have too many P (pass) on your transcript?
