Old Score before May 2009: AA 300 (43%) TS 310 (42%)

New Score after May 2009: AA 300 (52%) TS 300 (52%)

So, if you have same score but the percentage is more second time, which one do you think colleges will look into for consideration.

I would say the new score only because the percentiles are higher. It says in the score update that the new scores would not be comparable to old scores.

That's interesting to see. Based on your old scores, it looks like the "average" (50th percentile) would have been a 320 or 330, and now with the new scores the "average" (50th percentile) is more like a 290. I know all the adcoms are aware that scores are going to be lower, but I wonder how much they've really changed their perception. I think it would be a bit difficult to readjust, and think "hey, a 320 is pretty good - that's like a 340 or better from last year."

I hate the new scoring... I retook because I received a 290 in Biology; with new scoring I receive a 290 again... I took a year off to apply and take the test... I am really hating myself now.
