Which SCS fellows course gives which book?

Anyone recall which books (if any) are given by the different companies to pain fellows at their SCS courses? Specifically the ones by Kreis or Deer. Thanks

I got Kreis at the Boston Scientific course. I don't think I got any textbooks from the other two.

Medtronic gave us Rathmells book
