Which section do I put this activity in Work/Activities?

I was a member of the organizing committee of a conference where I also presented my abstract/poster. The abstract and poster was also posted online on the conference website. Where should I list this activity under? "Conferences attended?" "Presentations/honours?", or else?

I would say put it under the one you think best describes it. If you already have attended conferences, then don't put it there. I think the classifications are just a bit stupid on AMCAS. But it sounds like this fits in presentations/honors.
 
Organizing committee goes under "leadership".

Presenting a poster goes under "posters and presentations".

This deserves two slots as they are different activities and both are important to highlight.
