Which states don't require to go to school for being a Dental hygienist

Hello All,

I am currently in florida and Dentist from India.In Florida to be a Dental hygienist I need to finish NBHE and practical exams. Which other states have the same procedure ? i.e. that doesn't require to go to school\college. Please let me know.

We can only work as dental hygienist in florida without going to school. Other states require u take additional course work plus 2 year or 4 year schooling.

i'll enter usa with a student f-1 visa , i'll take the NBDHE in Dec.
after i get the license and get a dental hygienist job :
Can i change my visa to H1b or another work visa type ?
if yes , what are the procedures ?
if no , who to get a visa work then ?
