Has anyone heard from their school what the plan is for D1 white coat ceremony this year?

My school said they're working on figuring out details, just curious what other schools are doing.

Ours is at the end of D1 so it's too early to tell. They said it would most likely be virtual if the rona is still around but really want to have it in person.

Ours got postponed. They haven't announced when it would be though.

Oklahoma‘s was originally scheduled for June 2020. It was postponed until June 2021 where the DS1 and the DS2’s will have it together in person. However Oklahoma just announced it was canceling the Mission of Mercy set for February 2021 because of social distancing concerns. If things don’t clear up by April or May next year, they might have to do the White Coat ceremony as a virtual event.

They usually do ours in Sept of DS2 year, but they informed us that they are gunna push it to the Spring semester some time. They suggested a virtual/live stream, so we'll see how that goes. My whitecoat is sitting in my closet but we're not allowed to post any pictures with it until we have our ceremony. 😢

Ours was supposed to be October of D1 yr but it is postponed "until further notice" 🙁
