White coat ceremony

Does anyone know if OT programs have a white coat ceremony? As far as I know, most (if not all) of the branches of medicine and dentistry have one.

I don't think so--my school did not when I graduated in 2009. I wore one of those heavy graduate school gowns and they put a hood on me. After that, I received my diploma.

The school that I currently attend (Radford University) does have a White Coat/Pinning Ceremony for their M.O.T. students in conjunction with a hooding ceremony...Starting this fall!
