This is another good website with downloads of free books http://medicalbooksfree.com/

They are not all relevant, obviously. Many are directed at med students. But there are some pathology texts there (including the Odze book I believe). You have to look around - not all pathology-related books are categorized under pathology - hematology has some, for example. THere are some problems with that website but it appears to be legit.

Dude, I just opened up that link and my antivirus software warned me of Malicious malware.

I removed that last link in case there is bad stuff there. If it truly is a safe link, repost it, but I tend to doubt it.

That's strange, I've used it to download loads of books. I've never got any thing malicious. My antivirus says it's safe; oh well.

My computer says it blocked a virus attack from that link!
