Who can I talk to about where I should apply?

Hi Folks,

I am a 3rd year DO student, who's fourth year and residency application deadline is coming up quick. I think that EM would be a good fit for me (but I'm still not 90% sure!). If I were to decide EM was my future, who would I talk to about where I should apply? There is no EM department at my school or any affiliated hospital. Any suggestions? Dean of the School?

Thank you everybody. I'm kind of freaking out about which specialty I want to go into. I like so much about everything, but there's been nothing that I like so much that I want to devote my life to it. I also haven't done my EM rotation yet (it's coming up in July), so that is burdensome, too.
