Who is your third letter from?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
#1 EM Chairman at my school
#2 PD from Rotation 1
#3 Tox Chairman from Rotation 1
#4 and #5 Attendings from Rotation 2

#1 PD from rotation
#2 from second rotation
#3 trauma surgeon

No EM residency at my school, but I rotated there anyway and then did 1 away rotation, so:

#1 Clerkship director for EM at my institution
#2 EM department head at my institution
#3 PD from my away rotation

#1 EM PD at my program
#2 EM clerkship director
#3 IM/FM

#1 Clerkship director for EM at my institution
#2 Clerkship director for Tox at my institution
#3 Trauma surgeon at my institution
#4 Cool EM faculty at my institution

#1 Clerkship director/PD of EM at my institution
#2 Combined letter from an away EM rotation
#3 Surgery-plays well with others
#4-? Combined from another away EM that most likely will not be done in time to be of any help.

I matched last year... I used Director of IM Clerkship (Worked with his team 4 weeks), Director of Anesthesia (worked with him directly for 4 weeks), SLOR from clerkship director at rotation 1 (Carolinas), SLOR from assistant PD at rotation 2 (LSU-Shreveport)

Hi guys
I have enough EM letters and I've received honors in them. But I found out that I received a Near Honors (High Pass) at the rotation I just completed. I am going to ask the Dean not to include it in my Dean's letter (although I don't know if that is going to work) and I am thinking about not using this PD's SLOR. I figured why do programs have to see a near honors grade when I've previously gotten honors. My only concern is that does it look like I'm hiding something by not having a letter from one of my away rotations? Thanks. and I did a search, so please no mcfatty pants.
