If you are determined to send a "ranking #1 email" make sure they really are your #1.
Don't cc the interviewer. In this day of email and cut-and-paste, it will take 5 minutes more (at most) to send your interviewer his/her own personalized email with an extra thank you again (assuming you previously thanked them after the interview).
