I am debating which science professor to ask for the LOR. i have one already but not sure about the second science.

(1) Orgo 1 professor in 2007 Summer
Pro: Got an A and went to every office hour, so he still knows me with a good impression. My sister will be taking his course as well.
Con: 2007

(2) Physiology professor in 2009 Spring
Pro: an old nice happy person, initially was struggling with C and D on the tests then ended up with a B after getting perfect score on lab final and A on final (didn't know how to study for tough upper bio courses and later figured it out)
Con: Got a B

(3) P-Chem professor in 2009 Fall
Pro: Got an A and went to several office hour, and of course he still knows me.
Con: was little clumsy during last Summer, I abruptly asked for letter when I found him at the sandwich stand. :bang:

(4) Physics professor in 2008 spring and 2008 Fall
Pro: Got an A in both phy1 and phy2, and he said he will write me one.
Con: Rarely went to class, don't know why he wants me to write one.

I use interfolio, so could I just ask all and mix them btw schools?

Whichever one personally knows you and likes you more. Sounds like orgo 1

One of my interviewers decided to read me some excerpts from my letters because she thought they were so wonderful that I should hear it. She read the parts that highlighted a) my personality and b) if they actually think very highly of you as a person (not generic) and why. That "why" I guess brings in the context, so it's sort of important, but you should hopefully just have a feeling of how much they like you and are interested in you. That ends up being far more important than what grade you got in what class of theirs.

Out of my 5 letters I would classify 3 as being really good and fitting this description, so don't worry if it ends up not being every single one.

Oh, and make life easier for them and for you, just get your 4-5 letters and send that 1 packet to all the schools, unless one is an alumni or something from one of the schools you're applying to.
