Hey!

So, I was wondering for those of you who are applying for the second time....

Do you think your chances are increased compared to first time appliers?

What were some reasons you were rejected from schools last year?

what type of suggestions did the admissions office make for your 2nd application cycle?

Thanks,

Omid

In all honesty I am not sure why I didn't get in. 3.6 gpa, 3.4 sci gpa, 18 on the DAT. good extra-curriculars. I know my stats aren't stellar, but I didn;t think that they were that bad, I didn't even get an interview. I just tried to finish out my degree strong, A- in Biochem, as well as some other upper division biologies. I was hoping that just applying the second time would show my dedication. I didn;t really have time to boost up much else, gotta pay the bills when you have a wife and kid. But I have gotten an interveiw invite to MN, on their first day, so I am hoping that is a good Omen. I also heard from a reliable source I should be getting one from Marquette too, but we will see. Anyways, that is my story of being a second around tryer person.
