Why am I just getting complete emails from some schools now when I was complete late August?

Not trying to create an impatience sort of thread but I'm just wondering if this is normal or not. Is this happening to any of you guys?

Sent in all material by Aug 23 (thats when all my LOR went out to all my schools, secondaries and fees completed much earlier). Still getting "you are complete" emails now from schools.

Is this big of a delay from all material sent in and being processed as complete normal?

Edit: sorry the title should say "when I sent in all materials by late August"

Imagine sifting through 7000 applicants to make sure each applicant is complete. Some schools only started giving out II last month.

Ok sorry for the thread then. I just wanted to make sure. I knew it was a long wait but didnt know it would take this long to be even be considered complete.
