Why are med schools so secretive?

I have been watching many videos on youtube about med school with topics like how to get into med school, day in the life of a med student, etc. Every person said they aren't allowed to share what med school they attend. Why is this? Is this only for online social media like youtube where you share everything with strangers? Or is it for a lot of things? Thanks!!

(I am pre-dental student and couldn't find any dental videos only med videos and they're interesting so I still watch them all. Dental school could be the same way but I'm not sure)

Easiest answer is because they want to remain anonymous in order to present their honest opinion.
