You must report all schools previously attended to apply to US schools. There is no question about this. There is a National Clearinghouse for this information."Have you ever been enrolled in or attended any graduate school of any kind, including osteopathic, chiropractic, allopathic or other medical school or healthcare program, or any medical school preparatory program?"
I went to chiropractic school, and because of my poor health I dropped out (serious ailments). I am applying to out of country MD program, I did chiro because I honestly wasn't motivated and didn't know what I wanted in life.
I am completely separated from that program, my question is how would they know about a past school I went to. The reason I don't want to disclose is because my grades weren't good, even though I have an explanation, it is just something very negative that sticks out.

No reason to be terrified. Just tell them. Depending on their goals, they not take this seriously.ok thanks, that really terrifies me to be honest.
