"Have you ever been enrolled in or attended any graduate school of any kind, including osteopathic, chiropractic, allopathic or other medical school or healthcare program, or any medical school preparatory program?"

I went to chiropractic school, and because of my poor health I dropped out (serious ailments). I am applying to out of country MD program, I did chiro because I honestly wasn't motivated and didn't know what I wanted in life.

I am completely separated from that program, my question is how would they know about a past school I went to. The reason I don't want to disclose is because my grades weren't good, even though I have an explanation, it is just something very negative that sticks out.
You must report all schools previously attended to apply to US schools. There is no question about this. There is a National Clearinghouse for this information.

Requirements for the Caribbean may vary, but if they ask, and you falsify your application, they are within their rights to expel you whenever they discover this falsification, even years into your loans...

This is exactly why they want to know about it. Besides, it gives you plenty to write about in your application
