I know it is a laxative, but what's the reason?
''Mineral oil is an emollient laxative. It acts by ******ing intestinal absorption of fecal water, thereby softening the stool." Now fat soluble vitamins wont be affected by the latter obviously because they arent water soluble, so again i ask why does mineral oil negatively affect the absorption of fat soluble vitamins?😕
