I just called them and the message says they are observing the holiday. What holiday are they exactly observing? and does anyone know when they open back up?

I'm assuming they were actually closed yesterday for Martin Luther King Day. One of their staff actually sent me a message this morning through AACOMAS so I know they're there today. Might want to try calling again. You may have called just before their offices officially opened.

Yeah could just be an auto-response they forgot to turn off today. Try calling them.
