Why is the Peds in Review site terrible now?

Does anyone else find the changes that have been made to the AAP journal websites under the umbrella "AAP Gateway" awful? I use Peds in Review all the time, for personal use and to help with resident education, and at this point the functionality has taken a complete nose-dive.
I've e-mailed the site editors several times on specific issues over the past couple months and have never received a response.

Yeah, I'm not a fan either. At least I can search the site again. That was down for a while when they first migrated.
