How would you guys answer this type of question in an interview?

You have to really research the school because different schools might have different philosophies of learning, practicing, community service, etc. (which means you have to look through the school's website, ask on SDN, research on google, etc.)
Find what each school emphasizes on then from there see how that applies to the person you are. This is where you have to answer genuinely in how the school's philosophy aligns with your views and such. Hope this helps. Good luck :]
