"Why Us?" Prompt Answer Contradictory to my Application Profile

I am currently in the process of pre-writing secondaries, and while I was researching one specific school, I found one of their global health initiatives to be quite interesting, and it was an intersection of a lot of my passions. However, I am a research-heavy applicant, and I have no global health experience in my application. So my question is: should I do more digging on the school and find some research that they're doing that is interesting to me so that my secondary response is more congruent to my AMCAS application, or do I stick with my current response because it is something I'm legitimately interested in, but have no experience with on my AMCAS application?

You should certainly mention it as a interest, though a similar applicant with a global health background expressing the same thing would be given more credibility. Words are cheap, but in this case won't hurt.
