Does doing WICHE, specifically PSEP, mean that I'll have to go back to the state I'm from to practice after residency? I mean it's a lot of free money but I don't want to be held down to one state, who would!?

Kid, I would take all the free money I can get for my education. Less is more when it comes to student loans, trust me. Further more, you're not restricted to a single state post residency, or even during residency as AK, MT, UT, and WY participate in the WICHE program.
 
keep in mind that those states would most likely not have the hip clothing stores, scooter repair shops and yoga studios that you need to be the coolest podiatrist ever.

speaking of him, how does every MD that ever crosses his path, specifically plastic surgeons, not punch him in the face everytime they see him and say "you are everything that is wrong with medicine!"

i know! i would love to work in seattle....i mean if i was a resident of washington.....lords knows im not going back to arizona-yuck
