Will applying without O-chem lab hurt me

I can take O-chem lab second semester of my Junior year, but that would put me with three labs, Biology, Inorganic(at my school orgo is a prequeq for inorganic lab, i know its weird), and then the O-Chem lab. I do not want to do this unless absolutely necessary. Would you imagine that this would hamper my admission chances in any way or no. I can't imagine it would, especially if I took it the following fall, but i would like your input.
