Yes. They will be able to see your transcript. In fact, you are REQUIRED to submit it. It's a normal part of the application process, and it's a way for dental schools to verify that the gpa you tell them you have is what you actually have.

You should submit as soon as possible. It doesn't matter if you won't have your final grade until later. AADSAS will allow you to add any additional grades at some point after submitting your application.
