Will I be considered early?

I'm going to retake my DAT. Applying for class of 2010.

If I send my application in end of May, beginning of July. If I retake like the end of July or so will my application still be considered early? I have below average stats so I'll need to apply early and kill the DATs. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Applying "early" is not a good substitute for mediocre stats.

Oh, the "bonus points" that get progressively smaller as applications are received from May to Dec.
