I've got a question about what peeps think of how I stand now. I turned in my application late August, took DAT late Sept, and my letters of rec finally made it to schools last week. I had already recieved several secondaries, but not interview invites (guessing mostly because waiting for letters of rec to come in).

My application, as a complete package, is getting in a little late isn't it?

I am guessing I should just be patient and see what happens in the next couple of months.

yes, for most school, it will be a problem.
becuase LOR is a component to judge whether they will grant u an interview. Sadly, I have the same problem as you. That's y i have scheduled only 1 interview so far. I learn from my experience.

The schools received my AADSAS application in late September and I received invitations to interview in October (at each school that I applied) though my letters weren't sent until mid-November. I was accepted by the first week in December. I don't know how much weight is actually placed on the letters of recommendation.

I mean, you should be fine. Just be patient. Best of luck!

I had the exactly same situation with you. My LOR took forever.. nearly 4 months. I had a committee composite letter, and this letter had to be written and evaluated by more than 7 people in my college!

Anyways, my LOR was finally sent to late November, and I'm glad many schools are sending interview offers to me. Some school's interview days are late, but I think many multiple accepted students cancelled their interview days so I think you can schedule in early January. I did this just a few min. ago!

Be patient! Never be discouraged!

Good luck!

Same problem here.

I submitted my application on Oct. 6th. Schools received them on Nov. 10th.

My LOR's were received last week.
