Ok, so any help in this will be GREATLY appreciated. I am having so much anxiety because of this so anything helps. So basically I recently got accepted into medical school in Texas. However, last semester (Fall 2013) I listed that I was taking a course of Calculus 2 which I thought I needed to graduate. In that class I informed my professor that I will be missing some specific class days in order to attend medical school interviews. Late into the semester I find out my professor dropped me from the class due to the absences I incurred while attending my interviews. I was mad so I went to the registrars office to explain my situation since I was supposed to graduate on December 2013. There they informed me that I did not even needed that class to graduate even though I thought I did so I decided to keep the class as a drop instead of fighting through the whole process of getting back in since it was unnecessary. I still graduated and obtained my degree as planned in December of 2013. Right now I am also taking a statistics course just because I thought I might need it for professional improvement. Problem is now that I got my letter of acceptance letter it tells me that one of the conditions to make valid the offer of acceptance is "Continued satisfactory performance in all college work subsequent to this acceptance being finalized. This means that no grades of D or F can be made at any time subsequent to the submission of your application and/or matriculation into Medical School"

So finally, will this disqualify my offer of acceptance? I emailed the school explaining the situation but they might take a while to answer and I feel I will have an anxiety attack. Any information will help.
FYI I do meet all the required coursework for the school

Strictly speaking, yes they could withdraw your acceptance for this. That said, I think that is highly unlikely. Nobody really cares what courses you take aside from prereqs so long as you graduate. I suggest that you call the school and explain. They will almost without a doubt tell you that it's "no biggie, dog."

There's a 99% chance no school would care. If you're extremely worried about it, get in touch with the school(s) you may attend and just ask. Perhaps leave out the bit about not doing well, of course, but otherwise there's no harm in asking. FWIW, I dropped out of the honor's program at my school after I got accepted, never mentioned it to anyone, and was never asked about it at any point. Barring egregious errors, I just don't think schools care all that much about this stuff once you're accepted.

I actually thought it was pretty funny because on my acceptance letter it read pretty similar just said no D or F in any prerequisite course. Or the wording was so vague that that is how I interpreted it. Call the school. I'm hoping the calc shows up as a withdrawal opposed to a D or F as those would severely tank your GPA.

I agree with this. The school probably wouldn't care if the course was dropped for any reason (assuming it wasn't a withdrawal-failing grade), but given the circumstances, I think it is even more likely that the schools will not care. You should call and let them know regardless.

Be sure that it's not a pre-req for your program... that could open a whole can of worms.

I just dropped 2 courses and I contacted my school. They said its fine and the acceptance is final, so long as I dont get in trouble and do anything unethical.
