Hello,

I have been working and living in Texas since last year June so TMDSAS classified me as Texas resident when I submitted all the necessary documents for proving my Texas residency. However, I grew up and went to college in another state.

Would TMDSAS schools still see me as a Texan? I am afraid that since I have been living in Texas only for a year, they might not see my commitment to the state that strong?

I would love to go to school here but I am concerned about my chances.

What do you think?

@wysdoc would you please help me?

Living and working in TX for 12 months or more by October 1 2019 qualifies you as a Texas resident for this application cycle. Good luck with your interviews!
