It's possible to sue others for conditions that are in the DSM-5. I.e. MVA, physical injuries, rehab hospital, PT, and Depression.

With the ever present push to make others "doctors" and provide equivalency to NDs, et al to real physicians, I wonder if this will ever happen:

Some one gets offended. They run to their ND or whichever person doing eastern medicine and an expert in Chakras. Clearly can sense the chakras are misaligned. Months ensue, no change, now disabled, and now sue the person who insulted them, and using Chakras as the "objective medical evidence" to reflect their injuries. I can only imagine the struggle to also find a competing expert witness for the defense. I'd like to think this is nothing more than something to be mocked in Babylon Bee, but considering how often their stuff actually comes true, I now actually wonder, will it happen?

My breakfast and coffee thought of the day.
