I was lucky enough not to take out loans for my undergrad so I am new to this. Will I be able to get enough federal loans to cover everything? Or will I also have to take out private loans? I have a good credit score but I don't have a lot of extra money saved up for medical school. My partner will likely be able to cover most of my living expenses. Even if I get into a school with high tuition ($67,000) will the federal loans cover it?

40,500 per year unsubsidized Stafford and beyond that up to cost of attendance you can get grad plus assuming you don't have a bankruptcy history or recent default.

Yes, you will get loans and don't worry. It depends on the cost of attendance. My School's tuition fee is little lower than you and I got more than enough covering my apartment expenses Randall others. You should be fine.
You should be proud of yourself!!!
