Took some classes at a local 4-year university during high school. Grades for those are:

Anatomy and Physiology I and II: A
Microbiology: A
Statistics: A

I then began college in earnest at a harder (but not top 20) university. Did meh in the pre-reqs
Gen Chem I and II + Labs: A
Bio I: A-
Bio II: B
Bio I and II labs: A
Physics I and II: B
Orgo I: B
Orgo II: C
Orgo I and II lab: B+

I then went on to take:
Brain and Behavior (intro-level neuroscience class): A
Human Physiology: A+
Statistics: A-

Upcoming semester will be:
Drugs and Behavior (intro-level neuroscience class)
Ecology
Biochemistry

I am a non-science major. I will have a maximum of two more science classes possible beyond those listed.

Will adcoms view my week performance in pre-reqs followed up by my chosen classes poorly? There will be an upward trend, but the additional classes aren't notoriously hard, and I have two classes that look almost like repeats (statistics and physiology).

My overall GPA will be slightly above average (~3.75) and my science GPA will be slightly below average (~3.6). If I were to rate them, I would say I have slightly above average ECs and average rec letters.

Your course selection is fine, and your GPA is fine. Don't worry about this so much.

No. The only thing I see that's "weak" is the C in OChem II, and an A in Biochem will reverse the impression that gives.

?Ecology makes me scratch my head though. Have a good public reason for that choice (aside from I need an easy A to raise my sGPA).
