Let's say school A require microeconomics

but i did not take it and did not put as planned course for pharmcas app

then will that school reject me automatically?

you can always call them to know but unfortunately they will need that course in order to have to start school. They can accept you (if there are not enough applicants) but again need you to have the required course. I believe that is call pre-acceptable blahblah blah or better, more fancy term? no idea haha

Generally many schools allow you to list when you're going to take the required pre-requisites on their supplemental application. If you're applying and your PharmCAS doesn't list all of their prerequisites, call them and let them know you'll be able to complete those courses if accepted. I don't see it being a major problem until matriculation time when you actually need to show them that its possible to finish the classes by the deadline.

Though if you've barely taken ANY of their prerequisite courses and are applying now, I wouldn't be surprised if some rejected you on the spot.

I've had the experience where I was missing two to three courses and still got accepted at 3 schools (before I had finished them). I've finsished 2 courses and am finalizing the 3rd course this week at a community college.

I think the OP was asking whether he/she could get around not taking microeconomics and still be accepted. Already graduated?

Bottom line is, they are requirements for a reason. You may be offered a conditional acceptance dependent on completion of those courses...conditional meaning they can rescind that offer if you don't. However, in some cases other courses can be used to fulfill a requirement if your university does not offer that course or if other courses you have taken certainly fulfill that requirement (usually biology or chemistry classes- not economics), but I don't think you were asking about that.
