"Course Description: Differential and integral calculus of elementary functions with applications." That is the course description for my brief calculus class. My only other options (at ASU) are Pre-Calculus, Calculus for Life Sciences, and Calculus for Engineers.
Would medical schools that require calculus look down or even reject that class? (The course description for Calculus for Life Sciences is "Differential and integral calculus of elementary functions. Introduces differential and difference equations. Emphasizes applications to the life sciences.") I'm not sure if I should take that class or just stick with brief calculus, which I have already taken. The sound almost identical, but I worry that the "brief" in brief calculus could be taken as introductory, which many medicals would decline to accept.
