I got a C- in Ochem Lab and I know that's a pre-req for dental schools (need C or better). Can I still apply and get accepted, then re-take it at a community college? Thanks!

I would retake it just to show an effort that you are trying to rectify your low score. You are cutting it close to get a low grade on a pre-req course. Call the admissions office of each prospective school to confirm. With that being said, if your DAT scores, overall GPA, and comm. service is stellar, anything is possible. Some schools are willing to overlook certain aspects of the application to holistically evaluate you as a candidate. Good luck!

As long as you indicate upon submission that you plan on retaking it, I believe you should be fine! I had to retake a physics class bc I got a C- in it, but I was accepted to 2 schools without retaking it yet until this past Winter quarter.
