Do labs taken online (through University of New England) count towards your AMCAS GPA or will AMCAS not accept them, and therefore they won't affect your GPA?

They will count toward your GPA, but many AMCAS med schools won't accept them as satisfying their requirements, putting you to additional unexpected expense in retaking them.
