I'm going to be going to a local community college for 2 years to fulfill some prereqs and then transfer to a university. My question is I placed really bad in math because I hate it. It's not I cant do it, it's that I can remember it for an exam or test but I forget the material a month later. Anyways I know I'll do good in the developmental classes but I need to take 3 developmental math classes before I can take Calculus 1. Will med schools view this badly on my transcript?

As long as you do well, then no, adcoms won't really care.

Make sure the medical schools you are potentially interested in accept pre reqs from CC's. A's in developmental math classes dont look bad, C's will.
