So with ADEA down and all, I cannot completely fulfill my application. For instance, when I click for supplemental information under school designations, a "Server Error in '/' Application" window pops up. I'm assuming I should not e-submit until all of this is done right? Thanks.

You can't submit until you have designated schools. But, yes, you should wait until all parts of the application are fully functional to ensure you're not missing anything either.

I have designated schools, it's just when clicking the little-right-pointing arrow under supplemental information, do I get an error.
